All information given in the itinerary or in this website is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change or amend the itinerary before or during the tour for reasons beyond our control. Natural disasters may necessitate to change the itinerary or cancellation of sightseeing. We reserve right to change or amend the itinerary without any prior notice. All the sightseeing may not include in every holiday packages, that will confirm by us at the time of booking.


The menu are preset menu for meals provided on the tours. In the events if client wakes up late and miss breakfast offered to him/her or if the client is out on his own and reaches late and misses any meal offered, then no claims can be made for the missed meals. We cannot process any special meal request during the tour unless requested and confirmed by us before the tour at the time of booking by you.


You will be out most of the time for sightseeing and so we have selected hotels which are comfortable. The hotels will be either as specified in the itinerary or of similar category. We have taken care to select the comfortable hotels. We recommend a maximum of 3 adults per room. Triple rooms are usually not large than twin/double rooms and in most case a roll away bed is offered to the 3rd adult. We do not guarantee any adjoining rooms or rooms on the same floor for a group travel. All baggage and personal effects are your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel. Some hotels offer the facility of safe deposit lockers, which can be availed by you at your own risk. The company will not be liable for any theft or loss from the same. Any damage cause by you in the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payble by you. Our company(Panoramic Tours / reserves the right to switch Hotel/Cruise/Houseboat accommodation at any time, but ensures the switch will be made to the same category of hotel/cruise available at that time.


Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belonging during the stay in the hotel or while travelling in the coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, tour applicant can lodge a complaint with the local authorities on his/her sole discretion, cost, risk and consequences.


It is expressed that a child below 12 years of age sharing a room with the parents will not be provided an extra bed unless as mention before the travel by paying a special rate. In case if the client makes any changes in their rooming there shall be no refunds or compensation from us. In the event the client requests for an extra bed for a child / adult, subject to availability, they shall be bound to pay additional charges.


We use air-conditioned / air cooled coaches. If you are carrying any high value items we recommend not to leave them behind on the coach when you leave the coach. We will not be liable in case of loss of any such items from the coach.


All Clients travelling on the tours must be in possession of a relevant visa’s. However it is entirely at the discretion of the concerned Consulates / Embassies to grant or reject the visa even after submitting all relevant documents. We will not be responsible for non issuance of visa’s. It is possible that the visa authorities may ask the passengers for a personal interview. In the event of a visa rejection your booking amount will be charged by us as cancellation charges.
